Car has been sitting for about 3-4 months, for which was my first headgasket swap. Im by no means an expert here, i finally got my steampipe leak fixed, went to start the car and wont fire. I tried to check for codes but my scan reader keeps coming up with a question mark. The car turns over and wants to start but just wont fire, after doing so about 3-4 times, everytime i turn the key before starting the car, it would make a weird clunk noise (this is without trying to start the car), it has a half a tank of gas, and brand new battery. Can anyone please point me in the right direction here.

Just a side note, only part im worried about are the 2 or 3 grounds that are located on the driver side of the ICM, i put all 3 on the same bolt, could this be affecting my start up if this is incorrect?

check fuel pressure and pull 4 plugs and check for spark.
