Got a strange problem with my 87 trans am with the LT1 in it. The lt1 is out of a 94. The car will start but then it immediately dies and can not hold idle. I hooked up Auto-X-Ray and got Error Code 16. Some sort of pulse failure I think.

Anyone have any idea what this is and what may cause it. I hate to go through the trouble of replacing an Optispark and still have the same issues.
