Please help with electrical issue
My 95 Z28 is having some serious electical issues issues that I need help with. The blinkers barely work, and when they do, the usually just turn on with dim light and don't blink, also a few times my car was not starting so I had to keep jumping it
so I purchased a new alternator.....It worked for about a day then died again (had to jump it). So two days ago I install a new battery....the blinkers still do not work, it died yesterday and my charge is in the red at all times. What can I check that could be causing my problem? Any ideas?Any help is appreciated

Re: Please help with electrical issue
Ok ive fixed this problem before. Here it goes..............................
When you pop your hood , Theres a wire grounded to the support
brace on the right hand side . If you look on the brace on the drivers
side of the radiator closest to the front of the car its a ground wire.
Make sure its as tight as can be and its touching BARE metal , Not
painted . This will take care of the problem
Any other question just
PM me

Re: Please help with electrical issue
Sounds like a grounding issue. Jack up the front left and get under the engine, oh yea use a jack stand OK. Should be a braided ground wire attached to your engine block. Use an Ohm meter and check for resistance from there to your chassis somewhere metal. You should get a reading. If you have a lot of resistance you could have corrosion somewhere in the ground circuit. Also make sure your battery terminals are clean and shiny.
