Please critique my set up!

I need you guys to check over my set up that I have been planning for quite a while. My plan is to have a strong H/C car with the bolt ons to support it. First, my car (94 Trans Am) has exhaust, CAI, and I will be getting LT’s and Tq converter very soon. My main focus I need help on is all the bits an pieces for my Heads/cam set up.

Here is what I have listed so far for my to buy list for my top-end.

1.) Flow Technic Stage 2 heads/ Polished cleaned intake (which already has the springs, valves, guide plates, ands studs included.)
2.) CC XE 230/236 544/556 112 LSA cam
3.) Lifters, I’m told to get Comp “R” lifters, but I can’t find any place that supplies them, or any specs on them, Suggestions?
4.) Comp Cams Hi-Tech One-Piece Chromemoly pushrods, 7.150" (Correct length for my heads?”
5.) 24# SVO injectors
6.) GM Extreme Duty Timing Set (Will this handle the kind of power I am planning on making? any other suggestions)
7.) Roller Rockers, 1.6 Ratio Comp cams pro magnum (Non-self Aligning right?)
8.) Custom programming for my set up. (Where to go with this one?)
I plan on getting a Hayes repair manual to help me along with this, as well as the forums. As for gaskets, which ones will I most likely need, intake? Can I re-use the old head gaskets? As for the tools, I pretty much know what I am going to need. Is there anything in my Top-end that could be improved upon, that I need, or needs to be changed.

Note: Some of you may not find this too advanced, but If I were to post this in LT1 tech, no one would respond, I’ve tried it, so please don’t move this.

I agree w/ the move to LT1 Tech..

Can't help you w/ everything, but....

1.)Never heard of the company, but don't put too much emphasis on peak numbers. Make sure there's no drops or spikes in the flow graph.
2.) Sounds good
3.) The only place you'll find R lifters is in the for sale section. I would go w/ Crane golds if the R's aren't available.
4.) Good pushrod, but length of pushrod depends on how much the heads were/are milled.
5.) 24s are what come stock in the LT1s. Might want to try a set of 28s.
6.) Should have no problem w/ this
7.) If you're using guideplates, then NSA is what you'll need. The Pro Mags seem a little heavy to me, but they're a good rocker.
8.) Bryan Herter @ PCMFORLESS.

A Haynes manual won't tell you much. I have a set of GM service books that I bought online. MUCH better than the Haynes and give instructions on how to remove/replace everything on the car.

I didn't reuse any gaskets on my car (except the valve cover gaskets). If it's high-mileage, I'd replace them all. Cheap insurance if you ask me.
