Piston Rings

i'm going to be replacing the rings later this week, should i get new factory replacements? or is there an aftermarket piston ring that would HELP performance?

Sure, the Speed Pro moly rings are ~$69, cast are ~$50. Check with Scoggin Dickey.

I'd go with the moly ring set myself but either would work fine.

why do you need new rings on your car anyway? spray?

na, i just pulled the engine out for a head/cam install, and while i'm there i'm gonna put some in.
