Anyone have pics with the LT4 valve covers? or more LT1 with the polished. Want to see some comparisons.

Oh man that's a long story......

Ok, a buddy of mine had a badassed Cobra that he spent a year putting together- forged motor, D-1SC, all bolt ons etc. Anyhoo he wrecked it recently, and started selling parts off of it he didn't need. He was selling one three month old Optima Red Top battery with top posts but no side posts. I got it for $45!! The things you see at the top of the battery are side post adapters that I bought from Autozone($3.81, tax included!). I fabbed up some brackets to hold the battery in place and the stock wires reached the top of the battery. I thought about seeing if anyone had a battery with top and side posts that wanted to trade me, but I figured I'd just make that work

I have polished valve covers that I'll be putting on when I put the new heads on.

Nothin in it, but its gonna look just like this with a clean engine and no visable alternator, no AC, no battery, no abs. Theres a few different pics, will be updated as things keep goin in.

I went the LT4 dressup route. Here's mine:

The strut tower brace was off in that pic... still could use a good wash, but it's getting there. You can juuuuust barely see the Hooker LT's in pic 2.
