performance gains from Delteq?

by eliminating the opti and going with the Delteq ignition system are there any performance gains I could expect?

Unless you had a bad opti or a stupid high boosting car necessitating a better ignition, I doubt it. I'm sure it will idle and rev smoother though due to the extra coils

Re: performance gains from Delteq?

If you "eliminate the Opti" completely, you aren't going to get any performance at all... it still needs the signals from the optical sensor. That is unless they have finally managed to finish the "stage 2" setup they've been working on for almost a year.
