people with transgo shift kit

I'm interested in buying one of these shift kits, just want some opinions from people who have it installed. Is it worth the money? How difficult to install? etc...

Tha trans-go kit is alot of fun. I went with the two washers. My rear would kit out on the second gear shift and i could sometimes squak third. One draw back is that my trans is now hesitating on the 2-3 shift so i think it is going out. I also had a B&M trans cooler which if you do get the shift kit i advise getting a cooler to.
