People with jet hot lt's how are u changing your #2 spark plug?

People with jet hot lt's how are u changing your #2 spark plug?

the one on the passenger side thats closest to the front. I cant seem to get to it to get it out any ideas on how to get this job done?

I dont have those, but I have used a spark plug socket that I cut down to about an inch long. I also had to drill the end out so that it would fit over the the end of the plug. then i just use an wrench on the socket to get them out.

I dont know how close they are to the hooket LTs, but....

I put a socket on the plug without a ratchet. Then i use a 4-5ish inch extension an it will go under the header primary, torwards the front of the car. Once that clicks in you can get a ratchet on it.

Can i snip the old spark plug so it makes it easier to get it out?? or is this a bad idea

remove your alternator, to free up some room, put both of your shins on the fender of your car so you're kneeling on top of the shock tower, this will give you alot of leverage!

the cutdown socket and wrench idea works wonders also!

I use a spark plug socket with the hex on the end and an open end wrench.
I installed all my plugs this way and it is way easier than the stock manifolds.
