Peak Global Extended Life Coolant?
Peak Global Extended Life Coolant
Has anyone used this stuff or heard anything about it? System currently has Dex-cool. Plan on flushing and filling the cooling system. Since I'm flushing the system I'm not too concerned about compatibility, but it's supposed to be compatible with any type of coolant. Can't seem to find any info about it on the web other than on Peak's own site. Good stuff or garbage?

I would still just flush the system every two years and it should be good. With the extended stuff its okay, because it gives you some leaway on how long you "need" to change the stuff out. With my experence on my motor, when I rebuilt it it had 114,000 miles on it and had 7 years on it, the motor had NO rust or crap in the water jackets. All the freeze plugs(after I pull them out)looked new and no rust or "scaling" was in the block. So in my case old REDLINE water wetter, and 50/50 mix of distilled water and "orange" dexicool worked and still works great for me. Good Luck!
