After my 4.10's and cam are installed can I get a mail order from PCMforless.com to work with this setup better than the stock tune?? Im guessing yes but I wanna know before I go ordering a Hypertech just to recalibrate my speedo.

Stay away from the Hypercrap.

Bryan at PCMforless tuning can do a great job with maximizing your cam and speedo, you will get more power and better Idle quality over the stock tune. I had him street tune my set up and he did an awesome Job too. Later this year, after a few more mods, I will have him Dyno tune my car to get more power out of it with Wideband o2s.

Plus at Bryan's Prices you will save money over the Hypercrap.
