It's well worth it even on a stock car. Naysayers claim you don't need it till you get major mods, which is true, you don't NEEED it, but it is a great bang for the buck on a stock car even if the gains aren't as large as on a modified car. Check out my mods and dyno #s on my webpage in the sig.
I am very pleased with my tune from PCMForLess. I don't have that many mods, but I really noticed a difference. I went with the mail order tune so I can reprogram the PCM as I make changes to my setup. The customer service is excellent as well--I was installing my tuneup on a Saturday and was having a problem and I thought I was screwed until Monday, but I went ahead and sent an email explaining my problem. Not 20 minutes later Brian sent me a link to a download I needed and I was on my way!
i'll add another good note for Brian. i left town for a week, sent him my old PCM on a tuesday, I had the new one waiting for me on Thursday when I got back.
His email response is the best I've seen from someone who does this on the side and his work is great too.

Im thinking about getting a tune from him too.
Anyone get their tune sent to them via email? Is the cable the only thing I need for that or do I need a program too?

I have the email tunning. The cable is the only thing you need. I did have a problem trying to load my programming from DOS, but Brian sent me a link to download a program which enabled me to load my programming from Windows.
