Not a good experience for me. I had a FI application. I purchased software and flashed PCM myself. Now I know what PCM_for_less did with the flash. He played it safe, and, performance/ power really suffered. Nobody can bat 1000. B.

I can vouch for Bryan@PCMforless as well.

Good service.

A suggestion I have for you, OP. You can get a baseline tune from him once you tell him your mods, then if you want a better tune, you can order a cable from AKM cables, and free logging software and do a few runs in your car while recording the data on your laptop, some driving, a few WOT blasts, then send Bryan the information and can troubleshoot things with you and send you a new updated tune via email which you can then upload into your pcm. I did this and picked up a few hp on the dyno.

But as the poster before me said, for big cars with big hp numbers like with blowers or turbo, I would get a dyno tune, but he has done ALOT of LT1's you can't go wrong for a mildly modded car imo.

both PCM4LESS and Madtuner are both great tuners, looking to get Ion at madtuner to tune my turbo LT1 project but he hasn't replied yet to my email, so I'm gonna check out PCM4LESS.

I have been using Bryan for over 7 years and the same for all my other buddies. Bryan will be able to get you the best numbers possible with a dyno tune, but his mail order tunes are great as well!

We also have a tuner - Trifecta - that is a Supporting Vendor. Please consider working with the vendors that help make this site possible. Click on "Supporting Vendor Index" at the top of every page, right under the banner ad.

i had good results with him also

obviously the best option for safety and power is a dyno tune, and i would highly recommend that, but this will do pretty well and most people do not report too drastic of a change going from a custom flash to a dyno tune. most people

Had a PCM 4 less tune, now running a tune from Ed Wright. Give Ed a call, night and day difference.
