PCM ground for fuel injectors

PCM ground for fuel injectors

where do they usually ground the blk/wht ground wire from the pcm for the injectors?

Are you refering to the car in your sig, the 97 z28? If so there should be a pink wire to all 8 injectors, that's 5v power. The other wire is a different color for each injector, Blk/wht should be the #5 injector. All grounds are made through the PCM that's how it triggers the injector to fire. Are you having a no start/ no injector pulse problem?

yup.

my schematic calls out a blk/wht ground that goes from the pcm and is grounded on the body somewhere...
i found the tan/wht ground. i just don't know where the blk/wht ground is...

The PCM gets it's grounds from the coil stud and the stud on the side of the block above the starter.

The injectors run at 12V. The pink wire comes directly from the underhood convenience box at +12V.
