PCM fuse keeps blowing

Anyone know what would cause the PCM to keep burning up? Securty light is on and car will not start.

Those problems are related. You have a short in the circuit somewhere. That fuse feeds the PCM ignition circuit and the Theft Deterrent system along with the Fuel Pump Relay and MAF sensor.
