PCM BATT fuse

What would make this fuse get hot? I dont have to let it run for more than a minute and it will burn my fingertips! Not to mention the car wont run ut for a few minutes, then die. It wont do anything until it cools all the way back to bone cold.

Dang! I hope its not the fuel pump. Ive only had it in for 3 or 4 months. Is a walbro 255. It primes and holds correct pressure the whole time the cars acting stupid. The reason my car starts popping, dies, and wont run after a few minutes, I think is b/c that fuse gets hot and starts shorting out. But I can't figure why the fuse box is getting soo hot on the left prong of the PCM BATT fuse??!
