Just like it says. I have duals over the axels with no cats. When they pulled in on the rollers is bottomed out of course and when they tried to run it on the rollers the exhaust was scraping so they backed it off and just did the idle test and it passed. Who would of thought. The tester was a high school buddy so he didnt car about the setup but said it still passed.

 

Man you got a good run of luck on that one!

 

So in other words you probably would have been passed even if you didnt actually pass.
