What is the Part Number and about how much is it? Can I get it from anywhere or does it have to be from a dealership or a delco dealer???

I'd order from Jason Cromer or Dal. You can get it from your dealer, but they'll charge through the nose for it. When you dig the part # out of there, go to www.gmpartsdirect.com and do a search. The wholesale price will be about what Jason or Dal will charge. I'd suggest not ordering from that site though, their S&H charges are beyond insane.
