What is part # 16177700 is for. Its on K M on the PCM.

It's the part number for the stock knock module, that's all. It isn't an LT4 KM if that's what you're asking.

The 661 is the stock KM for a 96-97 F-body and the 700 is the stock KM for a 94-95 F-body.
