panhard bar adjustments?

I just installed the new BMR adjustable panhard bar how do I get can I tell if the rearend is lined up instead of using the string and wieght at the end. My car is lowered and when ever i hit any bumps in the road the the left rear tire hits the inner lip of the quater panel.

You need to measure the clearance between the inside edge of the tire, and something fixed to the chassis, like the subframe. That distance has to be the same on both sides.

I used a 2x4, layed it accross the center of the wheel and lined it up with the same spot on the body since it's curved.

".......I selected the adjustable model so i could recenter my rear axle. This adjustability is only neccesary on lowered cars, but all fbodys could benefit from the increased stiffness. Centering the axle presented a new problem however. Since I had effectively shortened the panhard rod to move the axle right, the right rear tire now rubbed the fender under full compression. Because it was Sunday afternoon and I was due to return to school I used an adjustable wrench to curve the inner fender lip up giving it a little more clearance. This wasn't quite enough though. Thanks to a fbody.com user I found out that SLP sells 15mm spacers for your bumpstops to keep the wheels off the fenders. I'm not too happy with my limited rear suspension travel now, but at least I'm not buying new tires weekly. "

I just quoted myself, haha, copied and pasted from my site.

good luck,
brent
