Pacesetters
Like I said I would check before dropping any cash.
At an inspection they do more than listen to the car.
Yes no cats make a car a little bit louder, mainly a bit more "raspy", and can cause your car to exhaust to drone, pop, etc...

I know it will get louder, but I mean will it get like LM loud? My friend has that and its freakin loud!!
Dynomax Ultra Flow? Never heard of that cat back... any clips?
I'm a big fan of Magnaflow... sounds sick as hell!!
I want a nice sounding exhaust, but not overwhelming because I live in a city type atmosphere and I need to keep the noise level to a minimum when I drive at night. So many decisions!! But I definitely want LT's because of the power gains... no questions asked. Its just improvising with what I got. A lower, but better sounding cat! :-)

I don't believe dynomax makes a catback system for our cars. Mine is a combination of a mandrel bent flow master system with the muffler cut off and the dynomax welded in. It's 3" in and dual 3" out where the flow was 3" in and dual 2.5" out. Also, since it's a straight through system, you can look down the muffler and see the ground. You can definately tell that it's not very restrictive, the driver side tip has mega exhaust volume and the passenger side is quite a bit less. I lost a little power on the low end, but picked up alot on the big end by switching, and it sounds better than the flowmaster.
Ps. I'm not using LT headers, I've got macs with their off road y pipe and my exhaust doesn't pop or crackle or anything. It sounds totally bad *** with the 224/236 cam I just stuck in.

I'm not sure where they go... does the affect the installation of the Header, y, and muffler?
I'm still unsure if the what I asked will still work together. The Pacesetters, Hooker Y, and Dynomax Muffler...

So they should produce similar numbers then?
I saw on the website... "Drag Race" headers... whats the difference with that?

I think the differences are nominal.
When buying LT's you typically look for price, build quality, ease of install, ground clearance, and customer service.
Pretty much all long tubes dyno about the same +/- a couple HP.
