Smile Pacesetter headers

Hi all,

I'm considering a set of these headers that are available in ebay - see link below. I'm wondering if anyone has them and what they are like ?

Also, my Z28 is lowered about 1.75" - will they get hit or banged up - is this too low for them ?

thanks ...

I would personally get the LTs if you are doing this for performance sake. Do you have emissions?
I have a set of Pacesetter LTs/ORY available...

Re: Pacesetter headers

i know a few guys in cali running those, and the uncoated versions... and I/H/E LT1's running 13.5-13.2 with a good 60'.. there not a bad start... I mean down the road you can swap em out if you like... I'm considering them for now to actually... I'm not trying to build this 10,11, or 12 second beast tho... Yet.....

Peace

Mike

Re: Pacesetter headers

for the hassle of installing headers why do it twice, or do it with a mediocre set-up?

long tubes are nice, but seems like your car is dropped quite a bit. I migth consider mid-lengths because of the ground clearance issue. IT also depends where you live, if it's mostly flat then long tubes are doable.

From both an emissions and a ground clearance standpoint, I think those headers will suite you just fine.
