Pace Setter users, easy ?

Do the pace setter LT headers and pace setter y pipe bolt directly together?

ALSO, what would be necessary to replace my cats with the y pipe and use the SLP LM exhaust, without cats. just the LTs, ORY, and slp loud LM exhaust? any fabrication or just bolt on?

Re: Pace Setter users, easy ?

The headers and y-pipe are actually a slip-fit style so there is no bolting done, just clamps. Slipping the y-pipe over the headers collectors can be a little tricky on the drivers side because of the floorboard.... I used a prybar and a shop rag, and gently pryed down on the header collector enough to slip the y-pipe over it. I'm not sure about your question regarding the cats. Are you asking if you can reuse your stock cats.? If so, they will fit into your ORY pipe.

Yes, the Pacesetter ORY will not include catalytic converters. The headers will fit to the y-pipe fine, but you will have to either weld or clamp the catback to the end of your y-pipe.

You might want to purchase some better clamps then what come with the headers and y pipe.

There's really no fabrication to be done. The most that has to be done is cutting the intermediate pipe at the right spot and getting it expanded to slip over the y-pipe.
