pa k-member

Saw a good deal on the internet and I know there is a lot of space freed up for turbo applications but I have longtubes right now and was curious if they fit with jethot longtubes.... since they are a close call with the stock k member.

Not really an answer to your question, but I looked at PA too and they just didn't look as well-made or beefy as the more expensive BMR. Considering what that part does, I just can't justify skimping $100 or so to get one. There is a GP on BMR k-members going on right now till the 15th or so. 15% off. Go check it out.

i have a PA Kmember getting ready to go into my car. also we have 1 in a low 9 sec 3rd gen street car for 2 years and NO problems, dont let lack of tubing fool you.
on the 3rd gen,it opened up a LOT of room for headers.

Buddy also has the PA on his 96 Z28,fit is great, clearance for headers is amazing, again no probems with it.

George Baxter also had a PA (or something very similar) on his low 9 sec 3800lb convert. Z28,only time he had a problem was when he drug the bumper/lifted and came crashing down.

Only reson I ask is because I heard somewhere that the tubular k members or one of them made contact with the longtubes and had to be notched in which case ill pass for the time being just double checking....

SAR2K had gotten 1 of the first BMR Kmembers and it hit his Longtubes. he had to do some extensive modifications to make it fit. im pretty sure they have since fixed that issue.

My hooker long tunes work great with my PA k-memebr... Don't let the lack of tubeing fool you they are just as strong as stock in my opinion.. I know the guys that work there. their shop is about 20 minutes from my house great place, you could also check into AJE k-members, Anthony jones the owner has been in raceing a long time.. Let me know a price before you buy one i may be able to help you out a little
