Have you checked out the coil wire to the opti? Still getting trouble codes?

Still got 1351 I think, I may be wrong but the engine light hasnt went off but ill check the codes tommorow. Coil wire is good, it was arching before to the coil when I had a bad coil but this time I put a zip tie around the wire where it attches to the coil so it wont slip off. I still am thinking optical sensor in opti.

Thanks for responding so fast to the thread, really appreciate the help.

Well got a brand new harness for the opti, and the crank sensor. Than I exchanged the optical side of the opti for a new one. So far no problems out of the car besides an oil leak, but well see what happens once I get it out in the heat and on the highway. Ill keep it posted.

YES! that fixed it. Thanks again for all the help. The optispark harness was really messed up bad and I think the terminals were touching inside where it connects to the optical sensor, but now all is good.
