P0430, HO2S #2 position ?

P0430, HO2S #2 position ?
Bank 2 sensor 2 can't get over 156 mV on scan. I have part but cannot locate it on 96 in sig.
Only oxygen sensor I can locate is by oil filter; but, I'm sure that is Bank 1 Sensor 2 since it is after the foremore cat on driverside right after headers/manifold.
Should be after the passenger side cat, but where? Are subframes blocking it out?
Car is on ramps up front, so I have some room to get under. Lincoln jack and jackstands on standby.
Any input appreciated.

Rats, still throwing the P0430. Only on highway once I shift into 5th or 6th.
Weird thing is I clear code and drive local with no SES light.
Highway mileage is down to 25 mpg from 30 mpg.
Car has 112,XXX miles on it.
Should I cut out the cat and replace it; or just replace the whole y-pipe system with a stock or aftermarket one?
