P0135 o2 Sensor code....

What does it mean? Codes on my PCM are:

P0101 Mass air flow sensor circuit, range or performance problem
P0135 Oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction (pre-converter sensor, left bank) (drivers side)

Should I replace the o2? It's warranty BOSCH. Was all black when I took it out, only months old. Maybe the MAF made my car run lean/rich and took out the MAF? Thanks for the help.

Re: P0135 o2 Sensor code....

The heater circuit of your O2 is not working. Either a wiring/connection issue or O2 problem. It would not "take out" the MAF. Many people find the Bosch O2s sensors problematic and will only use AC-Delco or Denso.
Your MAF code might be a fluke. I would clear codes and see if it returns.
