P0100 keeps coming up

Setup:
97 Camaro Z28
LT1 w/ LT4 hotcam kit, Pacesetter long tubes, AEM 30-4100 O2 Controllers, new IAT/MAF/MAP/CTS/K&N air filter/ Water pump, Refreshed Opti, built 4L60E, and stock pcm

I just put the Long tubes on and everything worked great. took it to the local drag strip and got an 14.0@100. I ran 4 time and every time the PCM was freaking out about the MAF sensor with P0100. I've cleaned it and replaced it. Checked the cabling and get 11.5v(pink) and 4.99v(yellow)

I have the tuning software and haven't seen any tables other than the maf calibration table that really affect how the maf is read.

Re: P0100 keeps coming up

I double checked the harness and its seems very secure, I also cleaned it again, it looks almost brand new. funny thing is that i don't think heat is affecting it normally.

So i drove it to work and the code popped off about 15 mins in to a 20 min drive, cleared it and i kicked off again pulling into the parking lot. on the way home though it never kicked off, but the car was stumbling a little here and there, but im not sure if thats the tune or the maf.

Re: P0100 keeps coming up

I was reading and one of the guys said to tap the maf and see if it stumbles. Try and move the harness and see if the idle changes also. I thought the one thread about the guy just putting on headers sounded like that might have caused his issues. Something about the O2 making the code come up.

Re: P0100 keeps coming up

The code is set when the PCM looks at the difference between the current and the last MAF reading, and does not see at least 2 counts (frequency) change between the readings. It checks four times in a row before it sets the code. It interprets this as static air flow, due to an MAF problem.

You may have an intermittent failure of the MAF sensor, or of the 12V power supply wire to the sensor.

Re: P0100 keeps coming up

Ok would it be affected by an electronics mod to the O2s? Im runing 2 wideband controller gauges and they out put a selectable signal (currently set to the Narrowband signal) to make this signal work i put the O2 signal low to ground and the signal to O2 High, was i wrong for doing this and could it be affecting maf ground?
