Oxygen Sensor Socket

Has anybody ever had any experience with this oxygen sensor tool? Does it work? Click here.

I get to change mine after Seafoaming. Yay Seafoam!

Only time I've changed mine was when the headers were out of the car. Then you just have to use a really big wrench.

You can borrow one from Autozone. Just put down a deposit and get it back when you return the tool.

I just bought O2 socket from Napa. It has a slot a long one side and it is a deep socket as well. It was only about 10 bucks. It work very well, it removed both up stream O2s wiht no trouble.

Yeah, I saw those too, but being as cramped as the LT1 is, I figured there was a reason this was made like it was. Oh well, I already bought it and got it today, just seeing if anybody had used this particular one and if it made it any easier. I remember last time I changed them it was a you know what to get the driver side, but I think I think I may have been just using pliers.

Cool

got one but it wouldn't budge my after passenger cat sensor. same story with small open end wrench. had to have local shop heat it to remove and reweld bung for replacement. after 100000mis it was a permanent fixture!
