I knwo my radiator needs to be cleaned...but that dirts been in there when it was fine...so what might it be?

Air in the system or bad temperature sensor in the drivers' head. $7 sensor, just go buy a new one.

Lol...yeah I have no Idea why I have 760 post...guess I just like this site...lotsa good info....

but any how...since The cooling system has been bleed 3 times...once by GM with the tech 2 scanner at hand...again at the Auto shoppe...and then again by me(x3)... after I did the pump... The heat issues have still been the same...so I"m going to assume the sensor is lame. Where is this temperature sensor located? Prehaps I knocked a whire or something loose...I've been doing allot of stuff under the hood so I wouldn't be surprised...just annoyed I can't get my temp down...one second ishe's freezing then she's boiling...then she's cool again.

Thinking about investing on a 180 Jet fan kit next...

but where is the temp sensor again?

If you are going to go the sensor route, you will need to change the ECT in the water pump, not in the head. The thermistor in the head controls the guage reading but does not feed information to the PCM. The thermistor in the water pump feeds info to the PCM and then the PCM uses that info to activate the fans.
