Angry !! overheating !!

MY 95 z seems to always over heat. I have changed the relays for the fans and also the temperature sensor. My fans dont seem to kick on and it happens just like that. I will drive five miles to work and get there and the over flow will be spraying every where. Please help i have to drive out of town tomorow and need your advice.

Thanx

Just as a quick response, have you replaced the radiator cap?

The answer could be as easy as the thermostat not opening when it should. You can test it by pulling the stat out, and put it in boiling water a little above the stamped temp rating (20* or so should sufice) on the stat. It should fully open within a minute. then add colder water to the stat and see if it closes properly. Careful, its hot.

yeah, start with the small stuff first(ie. radiator cap,put in lower temp thermo, manual fan switch) and see how it goes. if none of that, look into a H20 pump or radiator
