Arrow OVC wires- How does the passenger side route? Behind the pulleys still???

I'm having trouble with my wires being sliced by the pullies on the passenger side... will an OVC kit take care of that? Anyone have pics or a diagram of how the wires are ran/routed?
Thanks
Also, which are the easiest to install... I know the "do it yourself" kits are a pita.

The do it yourself is not bad, just get a tube of silicone lube and its fine. I got mine from thunder. Mine are routed behind the PS pump, and under the alternator on the passenger side. No problems in 10K miles on one car, and 10K miles on another.

Well, my accessory bracket is missing the clips for the wires.. thats whats causing my problem. I was hoping it would get around the ps pump somehow.
Do you use the clip for the wires?

Had no idea the power steering pump was on the passenger side.

Thank you! Those are from thunder racing and well worth it. I went through 3 sets of autozone and MSD wires before I switched to those. Haven't burnt a single wire yet.

The install was a pita, the boots are the hardest part but do-able. Make sure to run the wires and cut them to size before you install the boots. I thought they were precut to length, but they are NOT!

What makes the boots so hard to assemble?
If I bought a precut wire would it be too long/short to route it the way you have yours?
Your routing looks fail-safe

Well it's rubber to rubber contact. When you try to shove a rubber boot on a rubber wire coating they like to grip each other. The silicone lube does help, but my best method was to insert needle nose pliers into the rubber boots and stretch them out a little first.

I'm not really sure about the fitment of the other
precut" wires. I think the thunder racing set is best because it comes with a lot of extra wire, I have enough extra to replace one wire incase one burns.

The way Luckyou routed them is the way i did it, too, and so far, after over a year, they are still fine. The only other thing I did was to zip tie the wires together after they drop down from the alternator just to keep them from getting caught up in the pulleys. Putting on the boots can be a pain, but just get some silicone spray and use a lot. You'll then need to use rags in your hands to get some grip and then push the boots on...

This would be the way to do it. It's how I did mine because it's such a pain in the *** to route behind the PS pump. Plus, with the larger wires I'm not really sure they'd fit in the factory routing thing and stay in place.

Yes, I just installed the Elitesparkplugs.com OTVC wires and the centerbolt wireloom kit from Thunderracing.com Anyways, the routing of my wires turned out identical to luckyou03, but I'm sorry I dont have pictures of it yet. Just make sure you zip tie the wires around the power steering pump pulley area and tuck everything up real nice and you shouldn't have any problems.

luckyyou03, when I get my headers installed I will be looking you up to get a better idea on how to route my wires. That motor is looking great. You should post pics on the local club site.
