ORY on stock manifolds

ORY on stock manifolds

I was just thinkin about tryin an ory on stock manifolds just for fun. Ive seen them for sale very cheap. I wouldnt gut my cats but, i think it might be fun to try once. How will it sound?

It won't yield you much gain unless mated to headers. You would be better off just saving your dough for something else.

When I had my ORY on my stock manifolds it made a difference to me. The stock Y is so tangled is pathetic, and the ORY is mandrel bent. It gave the car a little deeper tone and some HP as well. Not nearly as much as headers but its a cheap alternative and its also easy to install.

Well at this point im saving my dough for an ls1, so i won't be modding this car, just thought itd be a fun experiment.
