orange liquid leaking

I have a 97 Z28 and have only driven it about 50 miles in the last few months, i noticed that it was leaking an orange liquid from the front of the car but i didnt pop the hood to see exactly where it was coming from but im guessing its the coolant. what could it be????

organe is most likely dexcool(coolant), check it first thing you do. Then i would start the car and let it run to see if you see the leak.

Coolant..check the hoses and w/p, also ive seen radiators expand and burst, well they dont actually burst but they warp and get thin hair-like cracks and very slowly **** coolant.. hopefully ya figure it out soon before your stranded somewhere like most of us f-bod owners have been at some pont

Now would be a good time to check the thermostat housing seal, the 'weep-hole' on the bottom of the waterpump housing, or any cracked hoses.

The sooner you fix that, the better. You might be putting the optispark at risk, aside from running into overheating issues. I wouldn't recommend driving the vehicle for the time being, if you have alternative transportation...

[Edit] Those hairline cracks are awful!
