Optispark delete???
Either a dynaspark (nice opti replacement) or the LTCC (uses LS1 coils and reads the low resolution cam/crank position signals off the opti). Neither completely gets rid of the Opti. If you really want to get rid of it, either drill the back of the intake for a standard distributor and run the car in batch fire mode, or figure out a crank trigger setup. Or you can replace the LT1 with an standard small block chevy or an LSx engine. Decisions, decisions.
