Optispark Connector

I'm tearing my motor apart to send my heads away to get ported and noticed the connector on my optispark is destroyed. I didn't have any misfires before but am worried this will cause some trouble in the future so I would like to replace it.
From what i understand; the wires that go to the connector that plugs into the top of the optispark is routed up to the passenger side of the intake manifold and has another connector on it that goes into the main harness. The GM part number seems to be 12130319 which on the gmpartsdirect website is $80 + shipping.

Can any tell me wether the optispark harness offered by Casper is a direct replacement. It's only $35 shipped from their site so it's very tempting to get it instead of the GM part.

Re: Optispark Connector

Many people are using the Casper part with their vented opti with no problems.
