I got the opti and pump in along with new wires (this is like my first major work besides like brakes and stuff) not to bad only problem now is i smell burning coming from the manifolds im assuming its the new wires how do u guys run them so they dont touch the manifold? i was thinking of buying some taylor heat sheilding what do you guys think?

 

I bought headers and routed the wires under the engine. Guess I'll have to rethink my routing scheme when the LTCC and LS1 coils go in.

Did you leave the "job well done" black, oily hand print on something?

 

i have stock manifolds so im limited with how i can run them and yes i left the black hand print right on my new tool box lol
