very fricken nice. did you happen to get that thing dyno tuned? my cam is a little bigger, but your heads should be a little better. now I can t wait to get mine back together and hopefully see the same sorta results plus or minus a couple tenths.

PS: i have et streets hahaha

With ported heads those seem low to me. Javier ran a 12.0@112 with stock heads and the 224/230 cam.

but I bet the sixty is more like 1.5x or 1.6x. that will make a big diff. notice the mph is low for the 12.0 run. that just means he's got his combo working to the best it can for the qrtr et. Id bet there's more in this guys setup w/better traction, and perfect conditions (track and weather)

But he still is out trapping him with stock heads and trap speed indicates power.

well just barely, also take into consideration that the better you do on the first 60 of the track, will basically give you a running start at the last few hundred feet. if qkz28 brings down his 60, he will prolly raise his mph 1-2 w/that alone. also gearing makes a big difference here. wonder what both of there gearing is. as in a4 or m6, 342s or 410s. I dont know how those guys w/stock heads do it really. seen plenty of ported heads combos in the high 12s to make me wonder. could also be in the tune.

1/4 times have a lot to do with weight, tires, wheel size, suspension, temps, tracks, etc...

Pretty similar to mine. I have the same cam but 114+4 LSA/centerline.

12.26 @ 110.24 with 1.70 60ft on the stock 3.23s. I put in 3.73s last week and am hoping for 11s.

Nice! Your sig says you trapped 115 before? Was it a bad track day mph on the new run?

actually.......you usually trap higher when you have a bad sixty foot.

actually when my sixty foot was 1.94 (couldnt get my DR to hook consistently last night) i ran 12.8 with a 110mph.

the 12.5 at 115mph was at a better track and perfect weather conditions the density altitude was -1000

last night at bristol it was 2500.

on the cam it has a "small" lope, IMO too small for a 383.

i have a mail order tune (pcmforless) and 3.73 gears.

He explained the mph difference in his last post. He trapped 115 at a better altitude.
