How hard is the upgrade from the 94 opti to the vented 95 opti? The opti was changed 2 years ago and it is already time for another one. How do I upgrade to the 95 vented Opti. Where can I get the parts and instructions to do it? Is it worth the extra effort to upgrade it to the vented opti?
Does Anyone have any write-ups on how to do it?

You must change the cover. If you looked at them, you can see that the 1995 has a different hole for the vented opti's drive mechanism. You could have your cam drilled out in the front instead of buying a new one.
