Is this opti symptoms

I had two optis already and they felt like a dead cylinder. Ran shippy although the RPM range.

Now this time it feels like it's hitting a rev limiterr. It happens sometimes and not all the time. Mostly in the 3000+RPM range.

Twice a code of 16 and 36 came up just when i start the car. If i shut it off it will not return. I know 16 and 36 or opti codes, but it only threw it twice. Once was right after the longtube install about 2 months ago and yesterday was the second time.

After the second time it happened the same way. Came on only when started. After i shut it off and let sit for a couple of hours while playing pool, i drove it home with the SES light on and she ran great, maybe the best yet.

Anyway the problem is like i'm hitting a rev limiter and it slowly goes through the RMP range after that.

Is this opti time (again) or ashould i check something else?

Bad plugs? Bad wire, arcing?? I'd really check over everything before popping for another opti.

I would check the connections and try plugs and wires before getting a new opti.
