i was putting on my opti spark today and i couldnt turn the shaft so i turned a little harder and something popped now it turns real easy and when i shake it i hear a rattle inside ...is that common? is the shaft suppose to turn that easy ...any help would be appreciated

 

If there is something rattling inside, I would open it up and see what it is.
