My opti has been goin out for a little while i am planning on replacing it but i was wondering if i should just pay the 276 for a new one from gm or if the remanned ones from oriellys for 129 i have heard that the optis cant be rebuilt but obviously someone has. i was wanting to know if anyone has used one of these remanned optis and if you have any problems with them.

 

i bought a brand new one from jason chromer for 209

you can rebuild the opti new cap and rotor but i dont think it is worth it

 

How much is just a new cap and rotor?

 

I would replace the whole thing and be done with it.
