Opti question....

I am doing a cam swap right now and when I looked at the opti I noticed that there is a lot of grime on the plug wire boots and oil near the opti. Is that not good, do you think that could damage the opti? I was getting hesitation in the upper range of the RPMs when the car was running hot, but only when it was running hot. Other than that I can't see anything being wrong with my opti and I don't wanna replace it if I don't have to because I really don't have the money, but I don't wanna run into a problem where it dies like a week after the cam swap....

Thanks guys

get the opti from Dal and itll be more than half the normal price around 300 or so. Do a search for his number. I would replace it if its old.

thats decent mileage for the opti.. wheres the oil comin from ?

clean it up a bit and see how it goes, be pretty ****ty to spend 200+ dollars for no reason.. but if there is a big doubt that the opti is damaged, just replace it :P
