Angry Opti problems

This has just happened all of a sudden. A few weeks ago the car wouldn't start cuz the opti was collecting moisture. It sat for a couple days then started on it's own. Then a week or so ago I went through a puddle. Nothing bigger than anything I've gone through before and the car was stumbling cuz the opti got wet.

Now it's not starting again. It drove fine this morning in the rain. It has been parked all day. I just went out to start it and it won't start. It is a 95 so I have the vented opti. wtf is going on here?

Are you sure your coil is alright?

the coil on my probe had internal arcing and was messing stuff up with the starting aspect of stuff... and my fuel regulator was jacked. and was flooding the motor... those are things to check into... but a small puddle shouldnt mess with the opti at all.. i mean hell my waterpump leaks on my opti and it dosent mess with it TOO bad..

But it only does it in rain, so I don't think the FPR is the cause

It seems you may just have a poorly sealed opti. Sometimes the gasket on the cap will give way. You could try taking it apart and resealing it with some RTV.
