Opti or PCM?

Opti or PCM?

Should B14 in this schematic have a constant 12v with the key on. I'm Not getting anything from this but a few mV.

If you are reading that right off the back of the computer, possibly. First, I would make sure that all the pin locations that should have power input to them do. If power never goes in, it can't come out.

Ok tested everthing again and all is well except for the terminal "B" to ground. Its supposed to have 1-4Vac while cranking.

This is what i had about 4 months ago and I changed the opti. Since then the car hasn't been started because its under construction. Surely the opti couldn't have went bad sitting in a garage and never been run!?!?

Is there anyway to test the opti's output that goes to the computer?

I'm going to try and swap another pcm tomorrow and see if it works also.

Ok swapped in another pcm and had the same result. I just don't understand how this opti could have went bad? This sucks....thought my car would have been running by last weekend.
