opti installed.
opti installed.
I posted awhile ago that i was doing the opti install. (remember, i asked if i had to remove the crank hub. And being the worst machinic in the world, i called it a fly wheel. I mean, i know the fly wheel is, i just...nevermind.) Well, as of last week, the new opti is installed. I recevied one from Jason Cromer.(thank you everyone who told me to call him, I would recommend him to anyone with an f-body.) The car is running better then it has in about a year. When it first fired up, i had a knocking noise from the top of the engine. I believe this was a stock rod because the car has been sitting for a long time. After the car ran for about 2 minutes, the knocking went away and the car runs smooth.
Thanks again for everyones help.

Yeah glad to hear the istall went well. The opti was one of the first major things i did myself to my car. It is satisfying to know you saved the money in labor by doing it yourself!!
