Ok Im putting my opti back on and I can get the drive spline lined up correctly I think? The crank and cam dots are lined up and my rotor is pointing @ 1 oclock. Is this right? Just want to make sure it is indeded right before I put it back together.

 

With a splined drive opti all you have to make sure is that the splines are indexed correctly. Sounds like you are at #6 TDC, which would be correct if the cam and crank gear dots are together. All sounds ok.
