SK Tools makes a set of female torx sockets. You can get them from Sears.

IIRC, its an inverted torx, E4, only one I have seen(I bought it) that works wityhout modifying is the Snap-On deepwell 1/4" drive E4, I can get you mthe part number monday if you want it
Edit:
here it is
STLE40
description:
Deep design allows access to hard to reach bolts found on GM, Ford and Chrysler steering columns with air bags. Needed to service GM ABITS distributor on 1992 thru 1995 GM, LT1 350 V8 engines.

Edit #2:
looks like the SK one will work good too, the thing is, you need one that is deepwell, and knecked down for most of its length

Re: opti bolt socket!?
Here's another trick. Take one of the stock throttle body plate torx screws out and put the thread end in a set of Vicegrips (only 2-3 threads worth). Voila - an opti disassembling tool
.
You can grind down the screw to get it back into the TB plate.

The 2 small ones holding the rotor are T9 Torx bits, good luck finding those. I went to sears and got a cheapy $5 Torx set that had the T9 on it, thats the only one that had it.

More info:
My first blown out stock rotor, this happened at the track and caused me to flat bed the car home.

In a hurry I replaced with aftermarket opti from autoparts store, which ended up a very bad idea because it through my timing way off. (POS)
Installed a GM replacement, worked fine.
Untill second blow out (again towed home from track), this time replace with MSD which comes with a little tool to take out the stock E4 bolts.
