There's a fairly long thread on using the LS1 PCM on the LT1, in the "Computer Tuning and Diagnostics" forum. The EFI Connection system is discussed fairly extensively in the later pages of the thread.

That looks like a good complete kit but not worth the $$$ imo. All those coils, more sensors, and a more complicated PCM that requires even more expensive tuning software. No thanks. My opti hasn't been THAT bad.
