opinions on plug color wanted

Checked my plugs after recent cam install.

They all look about the same. It looks like it's running a little lean to me.

I changed my plugs recently and they looked very similar, in color to those, but i was running the the NGK TR55GPs. Both my friend and dad thought they looked as if it was running lean.

Looks LEAN to me. Have you had it tuned for the cam?

I've just installed a CC503 but have not installed the tune yet, just started it Monday and it seems rich at Idle. Madtuner is who I'm using.
